Since some of you are interested with staying lean year round and actively persue it, I was just wondering what are some things I can do on my clean bulk to minimilize my fat gain/water retention.

Right now, for example, I dont eat any carbs past 5, and of course I eat extremely clean. What else can I do?

You should be keeping track of your calories if you are trying to clean bulk. A lot of people think they are "clean bulking" when in fact they are calorie deficiant and then wonder why they aren't gaining.

400? Don't plan on gaining much.

Im sure its realy like, about 600-800 since I just guesstimate. But I have been consistantly gaining 1-2 pounds a week now and not gaining much fat (bf % hardly increased).
