About a few months ago I was driving with a cup of soda in the cupholder, hit a sharp turn and the soda went flying on my passenger seat :o

It was a McDonald's Super Size coke to boot. Well now it's deep down in my seats and I have a big brown stain on it.

I don't wanna spray anything on it, b/c I'm afraid the stain will get bigger. Is there anyway to clean this - My feelings are telling me it's inbedded in the seat forever and I'll have to get seatcovers.

Is there anything I can do to remove the stain, perhaps a normal steam cleaner will work :dunno:

There are things that will get it out ;) I use a mix Scott told me about: 6 parts distilled water, 1 part woolite. It works great. I just did a car a couple of months ago that had so much coke spilled on it, it was almost black :eek3: The mix worked perfectly :bigthumb:

Sounds good, I'll give it a shot. Although, if it doesn't come out I'll just have to put leather in my car :o :)

In addition to using the woolite/water mixture, you will probably have to wet vac out the stain since it is apparently deep in the foam. If you don't, the stain will continue to resurface. Keep on wetvaccing until the w/w mixture is coming up clear.

Follow all the instructions above. You're in luck, soda's pretty easy to get out.

I assumed the wet dry vac, I really shouldn't do that :o
