I recently quit drinking sodas altogether, and need something else to take its place. I sometimes us crystal light, but I tired of that fast. Anyone know of some good tasting drinks that caffeine/calorie/sugar free?

    Water, tea, and coffee.

That's basically all I drink outside of alcohol.

I drink a diet soda every day or two.... I don't think one will hurt as long as you're drinking plenty of water. A good substitute is OJ in the morning and skim milk for the rest of your meals.

Also, when I'm really thirsty I find that warm or even hot water quenches my thirst better than cold water... so if you're craving liquids and soda or diet soda sounds good, try some warm water and see if that's satisfying.

I get some flavored water stuff from my local Walmart. It's the Great Value/Walmart brand, comes in cherry, grape, peach ice tea, lemonade, fruit punch, etc, etc. Tastes just like kool-aid only there is NO sugar. I down about 2 64 ounce glasses a day ...

I stopped drinking soda for a month, drank a few and really didn't taste that great. I stopped drinking soday completely for 3 more months and had my first one again on Friday. Only drank half and tossed it. Just don't care for it at all after not drinking it for so long. Just force yourself to avoid it and it gets easier the longer you stop.
