I always just got some that felt comfortable. I never thought about it much.

Nike Total 90's are amazing. I bought a pair of the old ones in Germany back in 04, and I still have them. They are so comfortable it isn't even funny.

Yes, they are. I had a pair (of the turf variety) that lasted 10 years, no exaggeration. Ultra-comfortable too. Best soccer shoes ever.

sounds like we all agree to disagree.

find a pair that are comfortable the first time you put them on.

or just go with the Copa's because they are legendary

I couldnt find Copa's at local store (needed them right away, couldnt wait for online delivery) so I bought some adiCore's for 80$.

Felt really good after 3 hours of constant play.

Ill buy copa's when these are finished :hsd:

What all is the difference between soccer and football cleats? I want some cleats but I don't want to buy two separate pairs :o Will prob just end up buying some soccer cleats and using them for football..

soccer cleats are more lightweight, less ankle support (don't cover the ankle at all).

soccer are more built for speed, football is for support and protection. just google image the two and you'll quickly see the difference.

edit: wide receivers and db's typical wear a soccer-like cleat.

I've seen some football cleats that don't go much up at all for ankle support (brother has some like that), but I see most do. I'll probably just get soccer cleats then
