    :wtc::wtc::wtc::wtc:

    Local Comic Shop is closing it's doors. There is another one in the area but it sucks ass and I refuse to go there. What is the best online comic subscription service out there?

    I've used www.heavyink.com for some various fill ins here and there, but I want to be sure before I pull the trigger.

    thanks :hsd:

    Midtown comics gives you a discount on new releases, the price of the discount is usually the shipping cost, so it's like paying cover price. However, I don't think you'd have to pay tax unless you're in New York. Not 100% sure on that one.

    i stopped going to what is my LCS (it was an hour away). now i order from www.mycomicshop.com every week i add whatever titles i want to my want list. then when i feel like ordering i order what i want from my want list. any orders over $50 is free shipping and they can bag and board your order if you want. last order i got was 30+ issues and it cost around $6 to bag and board.

    my local shop.

    I ask
    they save
    boards/bags for free :)

    pay cover/sub cost
    depending on issue.

    on my lowly $20 month budget :(
