    Gaining weight on 1700 calories a day at 160 pounds :hsd: Guess I'm stuck around 1500 cals/day until my new-hopefully-good doctor has time for an appointment.

    don't fret I think as a whole we all go through times where we sit and wonder why what we think is right isn't working. Keep at it :bigthumb: make the adjustments and it will pay off.

    are you one of those sleepwalkers who eats a pound of food every night at 3am or something? I'm really not sure how that is medically possible.

    No, I'm one of those runs 30 miles a week, lifts 3 times, does yoga/stretching and still has issues :o There's a whole backstory, I'm pretty sure I've got some thyroid/adrenal issues but it's just masturbatory to go over it again.

    I just want to be norrrrrrmal is my only point here :hsd:

    It's very frustrating when you exercise that much and eat right and don't get the results you want. It also sux when you are working that hard and one of your friends has ripped abs while they eat ice cream!! I feel your pain.

    Yeah- if they were only inside my insurance:hsd: I *did* find an osteopath fortunately, hopefully he'll be better than the MDs I've been seeing.

    Yeah, Holistic Doctors aren't covered on insurance and they are not cheap!! Good luck.

    Bummer. I'm the other way round. I have NO appetite at all. I'd LOVE to gain on 1700kcal a day. Eating 4500kcal every day is a massive pain in the arse for me.

    Best of luck sorting yourself out though :)

    Yep, I've been around the block. I've had powerlifting phases and endurance phases :wavey: just over the last year seem to be having some other issues, despite good food control and good exercise habits.

    Not that I look that bad at the moment, I definitely look strong :mamoru: but I'd like to drop weight for running purposes and drop some fat for looks and I've been stuck for quite a long time. And fainting randomly and shit like that :rofl:
