    BF% measured yesterday. 10.3% @ 190. 6'0
I feel pretty small, by my numbers are still decent. Benched 320 for 3 yesterday and on saturday, hit 435 x 2 (parallel). Gonna go for deadlift max on thursday.
I figure I'll hit sub-10 by the end of the week, and maybe about 7-8ish by labor day.

I can't wait for the fall so that I can stop dieting and start bulking.

    Is the skin tightening up?

Yeah it is actually. I thought it was loose skin, but apparently that's not the case. :)

However I never knew I had to go down so low in scale weight to see these kinds of results :-/
I thought I was gonna be happy at 205. Oh well

    10:45 am = 6 egg whites+ 1 yolk, 12 ounces of 1 percent milk

2:00pm = 2 large chicken breast + mixed veggies on either 2 slices of whole wheat bread or a salad with fat free dressing.

5:00pm = 2 scoop evopro casein shake in water

7:00pm = 2 cans of chunk light tuna

    9:00pm (pre-workout) = 7 egg whites + 2 slices of fat free cheese

12:00 am (post-workout) = 2 scoops of ON whey in water

About 2k calories a day, 70ish grams of carbs, 300+ protein, 40-50 grams of fat.

Supps are flax oil and above protein powders.

why exactly are you trying to get below 10% for anyway?

just a personal goal of mine. I've always been fat and pudgy, so I wanted to slim down. Once I started seeing veins and abs and shit, I decided I wanted to go down to competition levels.

I'm on my second week of this, and i think it is working (don't have calipers yet). It's weird when the people you see daily for the past 8 months are looking at you like you're a noob doing a full body workout on 2 consecutive days. Unfortunately, i am going away next week and will have to stop.

thanks bro. I'm sorry I mis-typed that. Not competition levels, cause that would be 4-5%. I guess I mean just really really lean. 7% @ 200 would be my ultimate goal.

What do you eat to get close to 1000g of carbs w/o pounding pizza and ice cream?

I had like 3 bagels, 2 pounds of pasta, and some brown rice. Brown rice seems the best at like 42g carbs per cup. I need to plan ahead for this friday.

I had to modify my diet, cause I found out I was really sensitive to carbs. I'm only hitting about 300-400 grams on carb up days. I mostly eat whole wheat bread, muffins, brown rice and lots of pasta. That's what usually gets me there.
Try eating a huge ass piece of lasagna twice that day, that'll get you to 1000g in addition to everything else that you're eating.

Edit: nevermind, you already had 2 pounds of pasta.
