I haven't been paying attention to chemicals for months now since I was cutting and such, but now I'm getting ready to begin the long slow crawl of bulking again.

Multivitamins, fish oil, protein, and maybe some creatine still the best general use supplements?

Well, plenty of that in the multi and diet. Does megadosing really have any proven benefits?

That is basically it. A lot of people consider sesamin just as important as fish oil though and take that too as a staple. Shit is expensive though, so I can only afford to take it on a cut.

I'll definitely look into it then. I hate taking 35346 pills a day so I try to keep it to a minimum.

What does sesamin do anyway? Heard a lot about it, but never figured out its method of action. It one of those that helps keep leptin levels high, or am I thinking of something else? :o

I used to have a pill taking phobia not more than 5 years ago. I didn't even like taking asprin for fear of choking.

Now I pop like 10 freaking pills a day. 1 for allergies, 2 ephedrine, 2 caffeine, 2 sesamin, 3 fish oils, 1 multi, 1 calcium.

I feel like one of those old men that have their pills color coded and laid out for them every day

I don't think you "want" that to be staple though. Once you start depending on caffeine for workouts, you cannot get off of it without having your workouts sucks ass.... And you develop a tolerance so you always need to add more.

Shit, I'm glad you mentioned ephedrine. Any way to get around the lame ass laws and get ahold of it without the guifwhatever expectorant crap yet?

    I have :wtc:

Last month of school I was getting ass-hammered by finals preperations and papers so I was on 2-3 cups of coffee a day. Now that I am out of school I am on an E/C stack so caffeine is strong throughout my blood currently

I just hate how when I get off of the E/C stack it will take a month to get my workout up to stimulant par, w/out stims.

I drink enough milk I worry more about kidney stones than not getting enough calcium. Should definitely start glucosamine, as my dad has some knee arthritis at 52, but I'm admittedly lazy and just don't want to spend the money on it.

Should probably look into cissus too, as he seems really prone to tendonitis. Then again, cissus hasn't done shit for him after a month soooooo that's kind of a tossup.

Yeah, you can order from elitepharmacy. There is actually a thread with links on it. Check the "bronkaid" thread right below this.
