So why is this routine so bad?

    First Three Days I do 3x10 on everything, Second Set I do 5x5 on Everything
    Mon+Thur(Back/Chest)
    Deadlifts
    Pulldowns
    Barbell Rows
    Assisted Pullups
    Shrugs

    Bench Press
    Incline Bench Press
    Flys
    Incline Flys

    Tue+Fri(Arms/Shoulders)
    Curls
    Preacher Curls
    Hammer Curls
    Skull Crushers
    Close Grip Bench Press

    Shoulder Press
    Upright Rows
    Rear Delt Row

    Wed+Sat(Legs)
    Squats
    Hack Squats or Front
    Leg Press
    SLDL or Good Morinings
    Calf Raises

    Atleast for me I hit my arms pretty hard as it is after a chest/back day so I would def not be able to hit them consecutively especially doing so like that twice a week. It also seems like a lot of volume.

    I think that you could simplify your program a lot more and focus more on your lifts. You seem to be pretty new so I think you would especially benefit from that.

    I have a really hard time going heavy if I do chest and back on the same day. Those are 2 big muscle groups for me to try and do the same day.

    Yea alot of the time I will hit leg day after chest/back, and then arms/shoulders
