    If they'd do a .45 or 10 I'd consider picking one up.

I'm quite certain you won't be getting one then ;) Honestly I don't think I'd like more than 9mm out of a really small light package like that.

I read the thread title and though of the PPK. Wasn't till I saw the picture that I realized what he was talking about.

PPS seems cool, but I think I'd rather have a P99. Not to mention I already have a Kahr PM9 for a pocket gun which when using the 6 rnd mags is a full inch shorter in length, a half inch shorter in height and 5 oz lighter.

MSRP is $600 ish, so it'll probably be about $500 on the street.

I've been thinking about a small kahr or keltec 9mm for a while, this should let me get that without the quality gamble :big grin:

My interest is peaked, i will have to research this baby. so far its a little over a 1 lb w/out magazine and just over an inch wide. And if they do build it in a .40 i'll seriously consider it. I bought the p22 to kinda test out how the walthers worked, plus i wanted a lil .22(told the wife it was for her). So if this is anything like the durability of the p22 or p99 it will be a great concealed weapon.

I've always thought the p22 could be converted into a .380. I mean a lil reverse engineering from walther would be in order but if you look at makarov who makes or used to have .22 conversion kits why couldnt you have a.380 kit? obviously not on older p22 but maybe a reworked version. Imagine a P22 frame and a .380 caliber thatd be pretty sweet.

The problem is you'd either have to redesign it for a locked breech or really increase the mass of the slide and the springs to make it take the stress of being a blow back gun, at which point you might as well buy the keltec p3at and have another questionable feeding small gun ;)

No thanks, I'll keep my SA1. I don't need swappable back and frontstraps, because it already fits my hand.. plus, I like 12+1 in a subcompact :mamoru:

TB, although i love my S9. and i have no problem carrying it. I would definetiliy prefer a slimmer profile.

oh and where can u get 12+1 mags? only doing 10+1 now. is it a modified S40 mag. ohhh now that i think about it i want an S40A1

Tweaked S40 mags, sort of. They're M40 ten rounders with an M40 twelve round baseplate.
