I recall reading numerous times that it would be your limit.. + 10" on your wrist size.
Wrist 7" Bi's 16.75 Gettin' close
my wrists are insanely skinny.
not as skinny as mine, show me pics
i hate being skinny :/
states that it is based on the length of your muscles "belly." the longer your biceps belly and shorter the tendons, the greater the cross section of your bicep can potentially grow.
another interesting fact: if you flex your biceps at a 90 degree angle and measure the distance between the inside of your elbow to the inside of your contracted bicep, this distance will never change it is genetically determind. (according to the article)
how's it going?
give me the status update.
and the article also states that to determine your upper arm potential (Which i am assuming you mean by bicep size)
i do easily
Shit. I can only get another inch!
71/4" wrists... 16.5 biceps flexed...
what up son
isnt that what i said? if it isnt, thats what i meant
i think so, but my measuring thing broke a while back and i never got another one.
how did you break a measuring tape?
i didn't, i had one of those myotape things, it broke, and i don't have a regular measuring tape.
use a piece of string/yarn/whatever then compair up to a tape measure or yard stick. or if you're swole enough just wrap the metal yard stick around your bicep. lol
biceps = +9"... my biceps need to grow, badly
lol thats retarded. the further away your insertion is from the elbow, the peakier the bicep. those distances are saying the smaller the distance the better? look at levrone's and wheeler's distance between the insertion and elbow, which bicep would you choose?
hell, look at the distance in arnold's biceps
arnold's tiny waist is what make him so sweet
yeah he's such a sweet guy
i thought that said "waist"
came in here looking for 41" arms
its talking about the bottom of the bicep head, and the longer it is the larger cross section it has thus the more potential to grow....
a pyramid with a larger base has more room to grow than a pyramid with a smaller base...
besides we arent even talking about how peaky your bicep is we are talking about overall upper arm circumference and your bicep's potential for mass in general. did you read the article?
distance: ½ “ or less
got room to grow...
