Do you do it in the morning on an empty stomach and then do cardio? Should it be taken with caffeine? Generally how long before you notice results? Also is the topical cream worth a damn? thanks

About to order some of this stuff and need more info.

from what i've heard you take it with caffeine first thing in the AM and wait 2hrs before eating. light cardio is reccommended to do within the 2 hr window.

i take 5mg of Y and 250mg of C at ~7am and go back to sleep and then eat at work at about 9.

Topical yohimbine does work locally, not systemicaaly. It's an alpa-2 antagonist and helps to mobilize the fat -- from what i understand
