First off id like to say im just now getting back into working out since mid highschool. Im a sophmore in college today. Ive strayed away from squats lately due to oddities about my knees, I know this isnt a substitute for a doctor's examination. Buut..Id like to hear what you guys have to say. Symptoms -Seem to track at an outwards angle and not straight on. -Crackles and pop when I squat or kneel down. -Pain if im in squatting for an extended amount of time., when i stand up they pop and its a kinda squishy pushing pain. Im gonna make an apointment witht he doc next week.
