Anyone here do it regularly? Great benefits of it, or is it just something different?
i always set off the lunk alarm on my sledgehammer days.
Haha - I'm considering switching to a more weight lifting focused gym, and they have a tire and sledge out back.
it can be a decent workout i guess but personally I just dont like it

Yes and it freaks my mom and dad out everytime I do it.
i do want to pickup a 16lb sledge, the one i have is only 10. but damn 16lb sledgehammer is like $45
I went to the gym today and chewed on some 60lb plates instead. Then I masturbated with rust remover.
You won't have to absorb the force as it rebounds off the tire though.
I have one in my back yard and use it like HIIT, what I like about it is my forearms get an amazing work out and it doesnt feel like exercise, smash away and after a few minutes i feel great!
