What's it called when I buy a box of 90 clays at Wal-Mart for $3.97 and then drive out into the desert with a cheap thrower to shoot them?

I really have no interest in getting into organized skeet/trap but I would still like to understand exactly what it is.

Trap is a single clay target, usually thrown from a oscilliating (sp?) thrower. Skeet is a two-clay sport, commonly done with an O/U, but can be done with a semi-auto, or if you are good, a pump. You walk to different stations around a half-circle, and a high and low clay are thrown towards eachother. Google it

Trap goes away from you. Skeet goes across.
