so why do people still do it? you have it bolded for a reason, I'm gonna guess to drop water?
On a side note I eat rice with every meal and have no problem with fat loss. I think the problem most people find with bread and rice among other things is portion management. Its very easy to eat way more rice than you should for your caloritic goals...
Ketosis is an easy way to get fatties to stop eating so much food... at least temporarily.
