So what's the big fucking deal with balance balls?

    these fucking personal trainers have people do some stupid stupid shit, but I still dont get why everyone, be it a 95 year old lady in a walker or a 13 year old jailbait needs to do every exercise on a balance ball. Is there some actual reason that I dont know about or is that one of those PT tricks to make you think you need their supperior exercise adivice cause you'd never think of using the balance ball on your own :rolleyes:

    Supposably doing excersies on a fitness ball makes you use your stabilizer muscles more. I think it's retarded.

    Since I'm a trainer I'll chime in. I hardly ever use balance balls or any stupid shit like that for clients. BUT you have to make them feel like they are doing something they can't do without you. So throwing wierd ass shit in every once in a while keeps em coming back.
