I can understand for people that are actually looking to get stacked/compete that it isn't an appropriate workout, but for anybody just looking to get in a better state of physical fitness, what's the problem? I'd never even heard of it until about ten minutes ago when I loaded up that thread about the dude building a CrossFit gym, but it sounds kind of badass. Are there reasons behind the hate? Is it a crappy workout, or what? I'm honestly curious because after reading a little bit about it it sounds like something I'd be interested in.
