There is a whole lot of supplements out there and all of them can get confusing as the names just start to sound like some super hero/nemesis Marvel/DC comic books characters after a while. So which ones actually work? I know 99% of them are probably just bullshit but which ones actually do work and do show results?

or is the only worthwhile supplement milk & squats?

bcaas, amino acid supplements. products like 6-oxo that lower your estrogen works too. people like me that are really sensitive to estrogen lowering products it'll completely massacre your sex drive though so i dont use.

    LOL.

it helps calm down inflammation (faster muscle recovery), help regulate hormones. provides cholesterols.. cardiovascular benefits.

yep thats pretty much it: multi, EFA's, protein powders, creatine, BCAA's. maybe some stimulants if you need it.

there are a lot of estrogen lowering products out there that are deemed legal. at my weight and my body fat %, i dont have a shitton of estrogen flowing through my body... when i take something that kills the very little estrogen i have it throws my bodys hormones off. this in turn affects my libido. the wood stops saluting until i get off of that shit. when i get off, everything returns back to normal in 5 to 7 days. i may be off with the exact science of how and why it works but i know this - when i take any product that lowers estrogen, my libido has suffered. every time. it sucks. whatever. i just have to avoid those type of products

creatine, amnio acids, protein fish oil, multi vitiman, ephedrine and caffine. I'd think 99% of everything else is bullshit.

Some of the "pro" steroids and hormones work fairly well but I personally feel the "real" stuff is safer and more effective.
