I started dieting because I wasnt feeling the belly any more haha. Just curious as to what your diets look like. I try to drink a gallon or more of water a day and eat every 2 hours. Meal 1 - oatmeal plain one cup Meal 2 - oatmeal plain one cup Meal 3 - Peanut butter sandwich (natural peanut butter and wheat bread 2 tbs of peanut butter) Meal 4 - Protein Shake Meal 5 - Chicken or turkey breast sandwhich with letuce, tomatos and carrots on it. Meal 6 - Protein Shake Meal 7 - Chicken or turkey breast sandwhich with letuce, tomatos and carrots on it. ends up being like 1500 calories.
