MMA so what do your diets look like

    I started dieting because I wasnt feeling the belly any more haha. Just curious as to what your diets look like. I try to drink a gallon or more of water a day and eat every 2 hours.

    Meal 1 - oatmeal plain one cup
    Meal 2 - oatmeal plain one cup
    Meal 3 - Peanut butter sandwich (natural peanut butter and wheat bread 2 tbs of peanut butter)
    Meal 4 - Protein Shake
    Meal 5 - Chicken or turkey breast sandwhich with letuce, tomatos and carrots on it.
    Meal 6 - Protein Shake
    Meal 7 - Chicken or turkey breast sandwhich with letuce, tomatos and carrots on it.

    ends up being like 1500 calories.

    honey comb cereal.. sometimes reese's if im cheating

    the peanut butter taste makes me thirsty so i end up putting more milk, and then i have to put more cereal on top of it =(

    arabic bread with hummus

    raisins

    ice cream!

    :)



    cheese sandwich. i melt the cheese in the toaster oven!

    minute maid lite lemonade. so good

    sometimes i drink water too

    i like scrambled eggs

    bfast
    cream of wheat 2c

    lunch
    steak
    veggy tempura 6pc

    snack
    chocolate orange 1/2
    beef jerky 2oz
    mexican snack

    workout
    protein shake

    dinner
    steak and rice
    beer x 2
    root beer

    before bed
    protein shake

    about 2500 cals. on days i don't train i eat 1800-2000 cals. protein consumption is 1g/bodyweight

    I eat whatever the fuck i want, cause i have the metabolism of a fucking racecar.

    Although i do roll and do tachi waza heaps better when i decide to eat well. Usually about a month or so before a tourny or something like that

    i zone on about 17 blocks according to the zone diet. i've got a really nice pdf breaking down means/blocks etc with it that i can send you if you want. bodyfat flies off and you get enough carbs to perform athletically with this and it's easy to maintain once you get used to it.

    First meal: Usually corn pops.. or some fruity pebbles..

    second meal: usually whatever I can find.. taco bell.. sometimes chicken nuggets or some shit

    third meal: reeses peanut butter cup bar.. maybe some skittles...

    fourth meal.. maybe some chips..


    fifth meal.. either some crazy asian noodle bowl or pizza or some shit

    sixth meal: some cheeze-its maybe to snack on

    7th meal: vagina

    how much you weigh?

    a 300 calorie reduction is going to benefit you more in the long run than a huge crash diet calorie wise because the 300 cal will keep your metabolism going strong while you work out instead of stalling it out and leaving you without sustained longterm weight loss.

    Lot of meals each day, smallish sized each. What I eat varies a lot though.

    meal 1: cinnamon toast crunch, skim milk with a banana
    meal 2: turkey sandwich
    meal 3: some almonds
    meal 4: can of tuna
    meal 5: steamed brocolli and chicken grilled in the forman


    pretty much it unless i am with teh gf,then all bets are off since we go out to eat once a week.

    trying to cut weight for brazil

    wake up: ~32 oz shake w/ banana, oats (shitload of oats), natty pb, skim milk easily 600-700 calories
    train 2 hours
    tuna w/ salad w/ light italian dressing
    half cup oats, natty pb, 1 1/4th scoop of whey and ~10 oz milk
    train 90 minutes
    half cup oats, natty pb, 1 1/4th scoop of whey and ~10 oz milk

    :hs: probably not enough food
