looks like a carry handle mount is included. Confirm that its picatinny compatible or whatever rail system you have. I might be wrong.

i think its for carry handle mount only, not rail compatible, but you can get a detachable carry handle for like 27 bucks shipped on ebay

barska makes a similar scope that is rail compatible, heres it is http://www.amazon.com/Barska®-3-9x42-Illuminated-Reticle-AR-15/dp/B000PCYWQG
not sure if that barska works well or not, haevnt seen any review yet

 My buddy got one for his 10/22 on ebay - same thing, about the same price. The only complaint he has is he will get it sighted in at say 4x, then if he zooms in it throws itself out of line. Im not sure if that is shooter error yet though. His groups have always been kinda sloppy.

I have a pretty similar ncstar on one of my ARs. My only real complaint is that the damn thing drains batteries even when you have the illumination set to "0."

Edit: This is what I have (with a different mount and no lens covers): http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/SCP525-1100-1544.html
