I'd warm up with lower weights and then jump up each set.

edit: it also seems like a lot of volume but I cant think off the top of my head how many pulls I do per workout so I have little to compare against.

you warm up with squats then pull? I'd still do a few pullls with lighter weights (start at something like 135 and work up)

i usually just do a set of squats at 155 to loosen up among regular stretching. nothing crazy. i could start of lighter i guess then make a bigger jump as far as DL pulls go. i mean right now my max is 455 traditional and summo style DL, i suppose my max could be a lil higher w/ less reps/sets as long as i can still psych myself up.

Seems like alot of lifts. I would start lower unless you did something before that to warm up. When I start dl cold I start at 135 and go up but don't do as many reps as you did.
