so what did you guys eat today?

    6:30am 2scoop protein shake and banna
    9:30am 1.5 cups of cooked oats with strawberys
    12:00pm 2scoop portein shake
    3:00pm .75lb hamberger with cheese :naughty:
    5:00pm Protien shake
    8:15 DINNER: Stir fry lean beef .75lb of beef, Stir Fry Broccoli 1.5cups, White rice 1cup.

    2 GNC Mega Men MuitiV
    2 Flax seed oil caps
    2 Fish oil caps
    5teaspoons at 5gs per serving Creatine (Loading as per instrustions)

    1.5gals of water
    1 cup of coffiee

    Breakfast : 1 cup of cooked oats + 1 scoop protein
    Lunch : 1 cup of oats with wildberries + 1 scoop protein (post-workout)
    I'm gonna make myself some veggies right now (broccoli + something else)
    Supper : 2 chicken breasts + some pork + veggies + whatever I feel like having
    Before bed : 1/2 cup of cooked oats

    Meal 1-
    1 cup of oats, 4 egg whites, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, table spoon of olive oil.

    Meal 2- 2 cups of wheat spaghetti, sauce and a little cheese, 1/2 can of tuna in olive oil.

    Meal 3- tuna sandwich on wheat,

    Been eating almonds between all meals.

    Meal 4- 2 Chicken breasts, Cup and half of Pasta, 1 cup of cottage cheese with fruit on it, loaded baked potatoe.

    Meal 5- Same as meal 1

    Meal 1: Oats, Stawberries, Whey
    Meal 2: 2/3cup of Almonds
    Meal 3: Kashi Whole Grain Bar, Protein Bar
    Meal 4: Lean Body Protein Shake
    Meal 5 (Now): Chicken Tenders marrinated in Baja chiptole, Green Beans, and a salad :yum:

    I dunno, I found a box of oats yesterday and I'm eating some today. I thought it was good so I ate much of it. I used to eat breafast cereal all the time and I guess oats won't have a much different effect on my gas leakage.

    half bag of hash browns
    2 peices of toast
    1/2 lb of bacon

    protein shake (16 oz milk, 1 scoop On, 1 spoonful peanut butter)
    1 Banana
    1 pear

    2 Grilled turkey and swiss cheese sandwichs
    Sunchips

    I'm going out to dinner with the family for my 21st birthday tonight. Romanos Macaroni Grill here I come.

    Yeah, I don't eat all that healthy either. I have a hard time putting on weight even when I bulk dirty, and If I'm going to be eating as much as I am, I'm at least going to eat what I want.

    9:00= 2 scoops protien plus 3 cups milk

    12:45 = post workout shake, 2 peanut butter sandwiches

    3:30 = 2 cans tuna

    not very hungry today

    WPI Protein shake

    Breakfast - Glass of OJ & a hunk of pound cake

    Lunch - 1' Steak and Cheese from Subway
    Chips
    Sprite

    Dinner - ? Vegtable soup, some tuna probably, maybe a pb & J, big bowl of ice cream

    Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs, two pieces of wheat toast with cheese, two scoops of ON with skim

    handful of almonds, Clif Bar

    Lunch: 2 chicken breasts, 2 cups of brown rice, an apple

    cup of cottage cheese, cup of yogurt, more almonds

    Two scoops of ON pre workout and another two scoops post

    Dinner:? Not sure yet, but probably pasta with tomato sauce and fuckload of spicy chorizo. :yum:

    Lately I hear everyone saying they consume a gallon of milk a day... you all get that from Dave Gulledge or what? I've always killed about 3-4 gallons a week and never heard of anyone else that drank more than about 1-2 until Dave's big cutting thread at MWBB, now I hear it from everyone.

    I've been killing milk since elementary school, although my consumption dropped when I got to college as it was harder to get. Now that I have access to a car I'm back up to 4-5 gallons a week of whole milk plus about a gallon of chocolate milk.
