I noticed that a lot of people here have injuries. Why don't you list them here, and how you got them? I'm curious. I'd like to keep this topic based around injuries sustained by weight lifting, but if you have any others you'd like to put down go ahead. I've pulled a few muscles lifting weights, but nothing worse than that. I fractured my arm in 4 places and dislocated my wrist around 6 years ago in a go-kart accident.
