so what are your big three? v. never been done before

    i'm wondering what kind of ratio is "normal"

    squat 245x5 - ass to grass
    bench 225x5
    deadlift 345x5

    i'm thinking my squat needs to come up, for starters.

    These are my best numbers since late Jan-early Feb that Im trying get back to...getting close already but have stopped squatting
    385x5
    120 db x 7-9
    405x3

    6'1 - 215-225

    I know I can DL more as I just starting doing Deads back in December, I want to crack 500-550 by this december

    I don't really squat or deadlift anymore but bench for 5 reps tends to be around 325 X 5 on the decline BB press.

    I rarely do flat BB bench anymore.

    not sure, it's ass to grass / ass to calves / ass to as low as i can go, feet a little more than shoulder width apart so i'm squatting between my knees

    I been hitting just a tad above 400 for a few reps latly, So i think I might beable to do close to 500 for 1 rep if I wrap my knees in time when I start playing around with gear . . Maybe few months?
