Had a question on what she said as it sounded weird. First off for my weight she said I should only eat 87.7 g of protein a day. I weigh 193 and have a goal of 1850 calories a day to lose weight. Does that sound right to you guys? According to fit day I ate 150 grams today and I didn't eat shit really... Other than that my goal is to lose 10 lbs in 6-8 weeks, dropping from 16% fat to 14%. I've never been on a diet before so this should be interesting. I'll post before and after pics if it works out.
