I've been just jogging for a 1.5m everyday and after reading some threads in archive i was:wtc:

Any recommendations on what to do instead(links)? I read jump roping for 10 min was good.

1.5 miles ain't shit. You have to at least do 45 minutes to get any benefit from steady state cardio. It works though, why else do professional bb's do it?

You should buy a gigantic straw.

Then you can SUCK IT UP.

Seriously though... 45 minutes of sustained cardio for fat loss.

I was showing one of my friends a routine lately because he wanted to get back into it. I usually do a 10 min walk on an incline at the middle of my workout and he couldn't even stand it even though he's used to jog 1h many times a week during summer.

On leg day after I'm doing do all my exercises I do a brutal 1 mile uphill "walk".

On normal days I'll run 1/2 mile with it rasied about halfway up, then lower it by .5 incriments each 1/4 mile until it's all the way down. usually 2 miles total.
