    I will quit smoking, return to the gym, and start my cycle.
    Ive been working ou in my garage for a week or two now, so its time to get back at the game.
    Ill post pics tonight for before pics, and again each two weeks to track progress.
    Wish me luck.

    Hopefully it will stick..

    Last time, i smoked pot to loose the cravings. (fucked up I know) but it worked.

    Im chewing gum, and going home at noon to stick a patch on my forehead.

    EDIT:

    I took my masurements today.

    Waist 34"
    Arms 17"
    shoulder grace 23" (biggest I ever was was 26")
    calves 17"
    Chest 44 I think.. cant get a good read on the tape by myself.

    I like that mentality.
    I was going to put the patch on, but I want the nicotene out of my system asap. Ill deal with the withdraw.

    I want to stay at >220 lbs, and harden up alot.

    350 - 500 mg test prop. / week.

    I tried to go without supplementation the first day. I couldn't fucking see come 3 o'clock. I drove to eckerds and got some lozenges, I debeated snorting it I was fiending so badly.

    atleast you have an excuse to tell your wife when you get a lot harder and crazier in bed..... oh honey im a new person since i quit smokin!

    So I broke down and had 1 smoke since I decided to quit.
    In other news, I was scooping out gyms down here in the sticks last night, and got invited to my old gym for a free workout.. Manager was there, and she watched me the whole time, commented on how wwell I had maintained.

    Heres what I did..
    Shoulders and tri's. (tonight, i wont be able to go to the gym, so I doubled up a bit, I usually only do one group)
    Seated press
    4 sets of 12, up to 150 lbs. not bad I dont think.
    Front raises (i use a barbell and do both arms at once)
    40 lb x 14
    50 lb x 12
    60 lb x 10
    60 lb x 8

    Side laterals
    20 lb x 14
    20 lb x 12
    30 lb x 10
    30 lb x 8

    Front barbel pull ups ( i do these for side delts)
    60 lb x 14
    80 lb x 12
    100 lb x 10
    120 lb x 8

    Face pulls (rear delts)

    80 lb x 14
    100 lb x 12
    100 lb x 12
    110 lb x 10
    (these are done with cables)

    Triceps

    Overhead extensions (im weak I know)

    60 lb x 14
    80 lb x 12
    90 lb x 10
    100 lb x 9

    Burnt out with cable pushdowns, overhead rope extensions, etc.

    Went home, ate some bbq, and drank a few beer.
