Lil fucker cost me $39.95 for 1.81 lbs. Followed the directions, 2 scoops 30-45 minutes before I hit up the gym. Today I did my back with a lil carido. Couldn't really feel anything on my first or second sets of lat pull-downs.... but by the 3rd, holy shit . I'm sure it's been posted before, but I think it lives up to what it claims. My recovery time was faster, could do a lil more weight with all my sets, and muscle fatigue was less... keep in mind: first day using it. Thoughts or discussions of past use for any of you?
