So this week i benched more than i squatted...

    Not sure wtf happened, i did deadlifts for the first time this week on tuesday, then my squats went to shit on thursday. Maybe my muscles were still weak from the deadlifts on tuesday, i went pretty hard.

    I did my deadlift on back day, but im thinking i should be doing them after squats now... when do you guys do your deadlifts versus when you do your squats?

    before, i would have my deadlift on my dedicated back day and have my leg day 2 days apart from it. but now that im on christophers routine, i do them the same day.

    deadlift on leg day?? OOOH THE BLASPHEMY!! you should do it on spinal erector day because apparently thats the only thing deadlift works

    i JUST did deadlift/leg day today. i did my deadlifts before my squats..

    idr which thread it was but someone argued with me that DL's should be done on back day not leg day. i said since its a full body exercise it doesn't really matter and they went further to argue that one would perform the exercise for the spinal erectors

    deadlifts are predominantly for the spinal erectors

    specially if you're a bb

    Really?! I dunno wtf happened, i did something horrid like 135 lbs when i normally do 225, :ugh:

    So you did squats fine after your deadlifts? What kind of deadlifts did you do? I did normal deadlifts, did you do straight legged or sumo or romanian?
