so this routine i'm following to buld a base

    doesn't have anything for bis? should I just add them in there? and is the shoulder press/dips sufficient for shoulder development?

    basically because it takes out any work your delts would do in the curl motion

    i'll try some incline curls then, i like freeweights when i can. stabilizers ftw :o

    what about doing bench on M W F, would that be bad? also, kosher to do situps everyday?
