    very nice....

brings back memories of training for half marathons.....back in the day I could run 5 miles without thinking about it but now that my thighs rub its a bit of a pain so I stoped running pretty much....

crew....its rowing.....ive never been in such great shape....i just ran 2.5 miles in 17 minutes, and i feel great.....if you have a Crew club at your school, i strongly recommend it....it gets you in incredible shape.....and there's a lot of team spirit to help you keep motivated.

 even at my higher weight for a rower i was still very effective. at 235 which I was for most of my last year I could still run a 12:30 two mile. my erg scores were the best on the team and i had pretty good technique on the water as well. i just got tired of all the cardio work though. erg for an hour or more everyday and see how enjoyable it is. but yeah right now i would probably sink the boat. I'm not even sure that I would fit between the gunnels :coold:
