im on business in orlando and ballys gives a free 8 days wich will work for the first week im here, but WTF they have not one damn free weight in the whole gym....what in the hell is with that, how is that possible who pays for that. next week ill pay 30 dollors to go to the work gym.

any orlando people know of any places that dont charge more then 40 a week to go to in the altimonte springs area.

Are you serious? Not a single barbell or dumbell?

Burn the place to the ground. Or go to the Orlando Barbell club.

Orlando Barbell is sort of close (maybe 15 minutes away or so), or try Golds right by the I4 & 436 intersection. Not sure what they charge per week though.

yeah that golds charges 30 a week and 10 a day, i called them too, i will pay the 30 for next week but for the rest of this week im not paying that for 3 days.

and yes not one damn free weight, not even a place to do pull ups or dips....i walked up to a "trainer" and was like so where are the free weights he just looked at me, and I walked out after doing some machine curls and improvising some dips.

and the prices i have found are as follows:

Ballys -- free 8 day trial
    LA fitness -- 40 a week
    golds--30 a week

now I only pay 45 a month at my gym and its bigger and better then any of these places so I just cant mentally justify paying that much a week, but I am here for 2 weeks and I cant go 2 weeks with out a gym becasue I will be bored aswell as feel lazy as hell.

can you drive to Orlando Barbell? It's only $29/month, and it's way better than any of those places.

yeah i was thinking isent this the biggest chain of "gym" in the country, you would think it would be well equipped i mean i could do a full work out with just dumbells up too 100lbs but they dont even have one db in the whole damn place.

Yeah we don't have a Bally or LA Fitness down here that I've ever seen, just the usual chains: Golds, World (where I lift) and a couple of independant gyms.
