so some back expert guy came up to me in the gym today

    and told me my sldl form was horrible and in 30 years I would be in the worst pain in my life. he gave me some pointers and he watched me for one more set and he said I still was "rolling the upper part of my back".

    now im worried that my regular deads might be pretty shitty also. oh well time to hit the archives again

    arch that shit son... i see this all of the time, in the 3 people that actually do those exercises at my gym

    so what saves them? proper positioning? better hamstring pull? explain

    yeah thats what I was trying my hardest to do. overall i was just more confused after his help.

    edit: and yeah im the only person that ever does sldls, dl, hell one of the few that squats so its not like i can just watch other people do them

    lower the weight, stand by a mirror, or see if he has a couple of minutes to watch and position you next time you see him

    i have no idea. he was just some older dude i've never seen before. he just babbled on and on about the dangers of slipping a disc, putting the wrong pressure on your vertabrate. nothing i haven't heard before
