I've been out of the gym for the past 6 weeks because of a torn tendon sheath in my wrist.. it still hurts, but i decided to go back and try shoulders today.. i felt the pain and i'll be icing it and take ibuprofen, but I think I can work through it and just not push too hard for the next few weeks. I got bigger..thicker.. and definitely a bit fatter.. I'm on an anti-e so I'm not retaining as much water as I was before.. i was up to about 186 and now without excessive (though I'm still carrying some) water, I am down to about 179-181.. time to bulk up to 200 Here we go: definitely thicker, more muscle under the blubber I now have. I wish my waist was back down to 29" like it used to be.. 34" ftl. my fat back -- i dont know how to flex my legs, not that i really have any muscle on them anyway.. ohs well -- they'll grow with time. and i forgot a front double bi, so I'll do one tomorrow or something. Feel free to say whatever and for old time's sake..
