    and we started talking about nutrition and he was surprised with how much knowledge I had. But the more we talked the more I realized that he didn't know all that much about fitness.

    One of the things he said was that you need 3g of carbs for every 1 g of protein. :ugh: I told him I was eating about 1g/lb weight and i swear the guy dropped a log in his pants.:eek4:

    I don't know who this guy slept with to pass through his educational classes.

    i was asking a pt if we had a ghr/rev hyper [big gym] and eventually he was showing me different exercises for my back and the first happened to be a good morning. he looked surprised that i had any idea what it was :hsugh:

    most pts at my gym are college kids making 8 bucks an hour :dunno: There is one that knows his shit, but most don't know the first thing about working out.

    Most people who are 'experts' in nutrition concentrate more on overall nutritional needs rather than body comp needs.
