Who's cutting? I'd like to know so I can slap you for being so gay.
Winter was made for bulking
I'm going for a spring to spring bulking type thing. Tried cutting for like 3 days and then quit
4k a day right hurr
But then I usually go to carribean every winter.
I am cutting
I don't even want to hear about you cutting
I wouldn't go with ice cream because there are very few redeeming qualities in it. Pizza is fair game though.
I'm a HUGE fan of the chicken/pepper pizza at donatos and a lot of the specialty pizzas of the California Pizza Oven.
Basically chicken on pizza= teh win!
cut + hockey season = loose muscle

Keep lean until Halloween, go to bars/clubs with your shirt off and pick up teh wimmenz
I lose easier in the winter and gain easier in the summer. I'm all fucked up backwards
