    That you should do at least one exercise for legs everyday you work out body parts...

    It helps promote growth....

    i do one leg exercise everytime i workout, maybe even more.

    listen to your neighbour, hes probably old school broly.

    hes only about 7 years older than me.. But hes a football coach...

    Legs tire me too, but im gonna incorporate at least sometying on Off days...

    not squats, but maybe some extensions...

    running doesn't count, but skating is a kick ass calve workout. I used to ride around my sector 9 everywhere, and my calves grew a shitload

    It is true.....Try doing 2 sets of light squats after you do a warm up set then go do the rest of your workout for that day.....Squats elicit the most testosterone release in your body....So you are in affect going into your workout with your body primed to release as much test as possible naturally.....
