Background: I had moved some of my stuff to my parents place while I moved. So my mom calls me today and said... you really need to stop buying cheap corn flour. We baked some with yours and it didn't rise at all. I had to mix in tons of yeast to get it to taste anywhere decent. To make a long story short... what do I do with 40lbs worth of whey that's full yeast and corn flour? There's probably salt baking soda and who knows what else in there too. Ps. If you buy whey in bulk, please don't store it at someone else's place.
