So my legs usually take exactly 24 hrs to get sore

    did legs last night and couldn't fucking walk this morning. My new change up leg day really shocked the fuck out of my system.

    5x15 squats.
    135x15, 225x15, 275x15, 315x15, 315x12 Not much weight but it works.

    4x12 DB lunges
    don't remember what weights I used but I can tell you it was nothing over 75.

    4x15 DB SLDL
    85'sx12 X 4

    3x10 leg curls

    then standing calf raises in the smith machine
    225x20, 315x20, 405x12, 495x10, 495x8
    super deep at the bottom, toes damn near coming off the dealy and hold and squeeze at the top of each rep. (straight, toes in, toes out, straight, straight)

    i did legs yesterday too. not too sore because i did very little volume. just 3 sets of front squats and 3 sets of sldl

    i did bulgarian squats on friday and they completely owned me for the next couple days

    the fat has taken over his brain!!!

    I pulled sumo the other day for just reps w/ 225 and my ass was sore for days :(

    I love sumo deads. I feel like I get a better work out with them.

    I almost never get sore the day of my lifts. I only get the achy, fatigued feeling. When I get DOMS, it always sets in 24hr later, and maxes out 48hrs later.

    I feel more comfortable with them, but I pull about 75 lbs more w/ conventional so.......

    I just started squatting again for the first time in a coupe years because of knee injuries and an ankle injury. Friday I only did 185 for my last set of 5 reps and was sore as hell untill yesterday and yesterday I did 205x8 :big grin: Aiming for 225x12-15 by January for football combines

    i did a 185x10 205 3x8 and i wanted to die. unilateral heavy leg exercises are the most miserable thing you can do. that was with a minute or so break in between legs too
