Yea, my entire left side of my body lags a lot behind my right. (there is a visible difference as well)

I've been using dumbells for about 3 months and have made very decent increases in weight. However, i started using 80 lb dumbells for bench today and it seems that my left has really lagged behind my right.

What im thinking is simply dropping the weight and staying at 75 until my left catches up COMPLETLEY to my right, and proceeding to do this with all my exercises.

Anyone else have any suggestions besides this?

Maybe i could switch my beat off arm to my left :o

So... I notice my left side is stronger than my right... but my right side is bigger. And I am right handed. Kinda weird.
