125lb DB's for 10 reps
nice... im still max'ing half that for reps
do more reps
So whats your flat bench max? Must be 400+
weird, my flat bench max is only around 375lb for 6 reps
and then on the hammer strength i'm at 450lb for 8 reps
yea, thats the only thing i can do
i don't have any.
i'm 6'-2", 210lbs, with i'm guessing about 10-11% bf

Just start your workout with inclines or flyes.

At that height and weight I would expect you to be leaner then that unless you have no legs at all. I am about an inch shorter but weigh 205 and my max(bench) is 355. B/F is ~8ish for me right now, you pushing serious weight to weigh so little for your height.
You seem awefully thin to be repping 125's and benching 375. Get some pics/videos, I gotta see this.

yea i'm not going to lie, my legs aren't where they need to be. but i wouldn't lie about my bench, i'm damn proud of it.
the 375 on the flat bench, i'm getting like 2 reps out of.
edit: also, i'm not doing chest again till monday, so i'll see if my buddy will take some pics, and a vid
but the 125db's are going up pretty damn easy.
and no, i'm not on anything. the only thing i've ever done was a cycle of M1T about 2 years ago.
Which is it? What did you actually do the last time you had 375 on the bar?
