what does OT think? I think he's a fucking idiot

comparing a target/plinking rifle with a gun that is a few milimeters away from being standard issue military rifle

its ironic as well because his little plastic 10rd clips for his ruger fell apart and busted while he was shooting with his "hurricane" trigger

Both will shoot pretty fast, depends on the shooter really.

Although I'm not sure wether you mean it'll shoot longer before a FTF or you mean which one of you can rapid fire the fastest.

Awesome! 10/22s come with clips now!

I think it would be a close match.

With all that tactical gear on our ar, its sure to out shoot anything your friend could offer up.

The action on a 10/22 is much shorter than an ar15. Less time to cycle.

    $100 gun > $1k gun

is flawed, when you spend $10000 on a trigger kit

So your whole arguement is based on how much the weapon cost? That's what's flawed.

    Uh, no. :nono:

It can't be beat because it's the all powerful AR? BS. (I own an AR before you throw that crap out there)

You cycle your ten rounds to his ten rounds. Then see who gets them out faster vs. who is on target more.

so you dont think bump firing an ar is faster than him pulling the trigger?

I think that if my 10/22 had a good trigger, I could fire as fast as a bump-fired AR. Yes. I also think I could EASILY outshoot a bump-fired AR with my 10/22 at that speed.

Read the title of the thread. I read the title as BOTH out cycle and out shoot.

Most of the folks on here are using the same logic the original poster was using, and it's flawed logic. That's all.

that auto .22 would be so fun. Then again, an auto AR would be too.
