I dunno wtf that's all about, but it's bugging me all day yesterday, and starts to hurt when I put weight on it in the gym. :wtf:

So I ask my gym buddy wtf that's all about, and apparantly I was arm wrestling a couple guys 40lbs heavier than me at the party on Sat nite. I don't remember much after 11 or 12 or so...

sounds like golfers elbow. Its called medial epicondylitus. Stay off of that arm for about a week.

k, been a week and a half. Every day it hurts less and less... but I still feel it.

Will exercise aggrivate it? I'll try to do some isolation stuff that avoids it if possible (pullovers, left side bi/tri exercises, etc) and avoid dips, pullups, low row, etc... You guys think that's a good idea, or wait until it's not bothering me at all anymore before I put any strain on it, direct or indirect?

(fwiw, I auto-crossed on Saturday in a 5-spd, 10 x ~90 sec laps. bothered it a little bit, it's not hurting especially today but I still feel it...)

any exercises that involve the flexor in your arm. I would do very light weights and stretches and possibly some cardio.

So avoid even indirect stuff, huh? How long do I have to completely avoid it?

well until the swelling subsides or goes down completely. Or you could just try to tear the muscle. THink about it like this. You can take a few weeks off now OR tear it and take a few months off. Which do you want to do?

Torn muscle in the forearm. Happened to me too but slightly different. Just don't put weight on it, all you can do.

This is what it seems like. Not really muscle pain anymore, but seems like it's in the elbow.

Did pullovers today, didn't really bother it much. Nothing I'm feeling now anyhow. Did some left arm bicep/shoulder exercises, since I'm lacking on that side anyhow. :hsd:
