so many questions, no answers! help me

    1. For my chest/tricepts routine...

    DB bench
    Skullcrushers
    Incline db press
    pulldowns ropes
    cable crossovers

    Do you think that i should add CG bench or db flys?? I originally had both these in my routine, but i was so knocked out after all that i just skipped them..

    2. For bulking what # of calories should i be putting up? I am planning on 3000 right now. I am doing fitday.com
    20 fat, 40 carb, 40 protein

    3.Suggestions on a good PCT for SD? I am looking all over anabolic boards but there are so many different ones out there.


    Fun facts:

    - i realized why i wasnt gaining size for a year and that my numbers stayed the same...WASNT EATING ENOUGH..my average calorie intake was 1500 :ugh:

    - I saw a guy with gelled bleached blonde hair and board shorts in the gym today..i was going to ask him if he got lost going to the beach....

    - I watch WWE more now, it gives me motivation...those guys are ginormous

    to calc calories try doing bodyweight*.65*24

    thatll give you a rough estimate of how many calc just to maintain bw

    i got 2886 ...est. body weight is around 180-185

    weaknesses: loose skin from rapid weight loss 2 years ago...calves because i just started doing them :squint:

    Goals: big and cut....

    depends if i start with incline or flat db

    For flat db's my max is 120, but im down to 80 for 10 reps

    for incline im up to 75, 10 reps

    skullcrushers im 75 x 6-7 reps

    rope pulldown 70 x 8 reps

    just a variation on skullcrushers with an ez curl..... can also do kickbacks

    I may have to throw that in for my triceps excercise for a few weeks just to try something new.

    As far as PCT, I was gonna do just nolva and fenugreek. I wouldn't bother w/ novadex or rebound xt or anything like that.

    1500 calories :ugh:

    Switch up your exercises. Do skull crushers one week, CG bench another.
