The room is big enough to fit all the stuff I wanted but I would not have room to workout in it because of all the shit in the room. I'm moved to FL Palm Coast and found a very small gym about 5 miles away from my house that I'm joining. I have not lifted in over a month do to the move, packing job stuff and setting up my home office.

Here is a picture of my semi home gym. I'm adding a roman chair and adjustable bench for ab work. I like to do cardio and abs at home.

Squat/bench/weight stack (kinda a home gyms system but with free weights)
    A standing calf machine
    Treadmill

But as you can see i don't have the room. Which sucks because I have been planning this home gym for like 6months. You can see the tape on the floor I was outlining were things would go. Oh well, my wife and I are taking the money I was going to spend on a gym and are going to build a pool which should make up for it.

You're going to stare at the wall while you run? sounds exciting. My parent's have theirs setup so that there is a TV on the other side of the room in front of it :dunno:

you should at least put it in front of the window so you can see what's going on outside.

I noticed that you thinking of adding a calf raise machine. I'm not sure what kind of rack/cage you were planning on getting, but for a full powerrack, you can brace the bar against the vertical supports and do calf raises that way. Hopefully, getting rid of the calf machine would give enough space for a rack. I got my powertec rack about 2 months ago, and loving every second of it. I'd hate to see someone pass one up.

edit: The footprint of the rack is only 4'x4'. Factor in a 7 foot bar, and you look like you could fit it in.

Here are the links of stuff I wanted to put it. It's really not a big deal I can just join a gym. I work full time at home anyway so I need to get out daily and the gym is a really go reason.

You guys are spoiled. I have a treadmill in my garage and when I used to run in there, all I had to entertain me was imagining how pissed the neighbors must be at this lunatic using the treadmill at 3am. Seriously though, I used to just stare at the wall and try not to look at the clock, then guess how much time must have elapsed before allowing myself to look. In my head it goes like this "Shit, it must have been at least 10 minutes by now, lemme look. Four minutes? WHAT THE FUCK?".
