so like spring break is coming.... (LOG)

    and that means i have to trim up a bit :o.

    I have been pretty good about getting to the gym frequently, but here is to hoping the logs will help me out a bit. Also - I gave up fried foods for lint which should help. I have never been the strongest / biggest guy and I am really just looking to tone up a bit and cut off some fat. I drink too much to get really serious about getting big / getting a "perfect" body. This won't change as long as I am in college...

    Anyway. this is my log. nothing special really - just kinda do my own thing every day that is based on mostly who i am with / what is available but trying to keep it somewhat in this pattern:

    Monday: Chest / Tri's
    Tuesday: Legs
    Wednesday: Biceps / Back
    Thurs: Heavy cardio
    Friday / Sat: off or play sports outside with friends if possible
    Sunday: Cardio if i am feeling up for it, likely off :wtc:

    i'll also do a small bit of cardio every day along with various AB workouts every day.



    any / all help or input is greatly appreciated

    in celebration of snow day me and 15 friends get shit faced.

    why not add a fourth day and do shoulders/abs/calves or shoulders/olympic?

    30 mins cardio.
    Shoulder press
    Shrugs
    Incline press
    Chest press
    130 Situps (going to *try* and increase each day by 10 - started monday)
    Roman chair side bend thingys - (don't know name of them) x60
    Leg lifts x50

    Quad press thing, (weight on shoulders... don't know the official name)

    140 situps
    90 roman chair things..
    45 leg lifts`

    doubtful, only reason i stopped in the first place was because I fucked up my foot and couldn't workout for a bit

    on a side note - the last time i weighed my self (about 2 weeks ago) was when i was cleared to work out at the doctor. At the time i weighed 186.

    weighed my self today 174 :hsd:
