Impressive, he doesn't look like jack osbourne anymore.
low carb diet?
impressive, but could've been better (he was a big man and could be packing some muscle mass)
"To start his program, Osbourne spent a week in a kickboxing camp in Thailand for a detox program, which included a high-fiber liquid diet and coffee enemas.
"That was one of the most miserable weeks of my life," he told The Mirror."
Food is absorbed better when when taken as a sapository.
wow, enimas or not that is fucking badass
He looks like that Rob guy (british singer)
"His goal is 147, he tells The Mirror"
He is goign to go from fat to ana.
Screw you man, I was gonna post that. He's gonna be emo-skinny now.
Sharon said that she and legendary rocker husband Ozzy were in Thailand in late April to see Jack's bout in the ring.
Jack surprised the crowd by knocking out an experienced Thai boxer known as "The Man" just eight seconds into the second round.
He trained for more than three weeks at the elite Fairtex Muaythai Fitness Camp in Bang Plee Yai near Bangkok to learn the traditional Thai martial art Muaythai.
So, just so you all know you have to train in Muay Thai for 3 weeks then you can knock out an experienced Thai fighter, not only that but one that has earned the name "The Man".
In Thailand, elbows, knees, and spinning backfists are ok but they are not fond of straight punches to the face in bare handed matches since they don't use gloves which means broken hands. Plus he was a heavyweight who probably fought someone much smaller.
it's like a new person. I can totally relate
Damn it, now I have to cut out all the Fat Jack jokes in my repetoire.
it was a work
he was a retired thai boxer who got a paycheck to take a fall on camera
wow...amazed....well...being rich, and all the time in the world can do that...
thats pathetic if its true
congrats to him.
i need one of those
He had gastric bypass surgery, the story is wrong.
70 pounds seems reasonable looking at the first picture. I lost 40 and it wasnt as much of a difference as that picture would have been. Now im about 165, 5'10" and am pretty damn similar looking (in terms of body size). I would love to lose another 15 pounds. funny thing is, it was much easier to do at college than at home as i could control what i ate and i took out temptations. Not buying snacks is very helpful in losing fat.
its very true, i talked to some guys who were in Thailand at the time and have fought through the same promoter. I respect the kid a lot more, but he is no fighter.
