this is probably the most frustrating thing ive ever experienced. i started rugby in september. ever since then my strength has slowly gone down. my old DL pr was 485x1. now its 455. my old front squat pr was 315x4 now its 315x2, maybe 3. ive lost about 4 lbs since i started. my diet has stayed about the same, i may be eating slightly more now. but not much. its weird because not all of my lifts have gone down. just the two i consider most important. some lifts have gotten stronger while others have remained the same i could only pull 455 yesterday and i was completely dejected after it what do you guys think i should do?
