So I've been working out for 2 months

    Here are some details:

    I work out 5-6 days a week anywhere from 1-2hours.

    I work out my chest, do cardio, and abs one day.

    Next day I work on my arms, cardio and abs a day.

    I'm doing push-ups and situps every morning and night.

    I take fish oil, and a multi vitamin everyday.

    I mix whey protein and creatine and drink one in the morning and one after my workout.

    I'm trying to get bigger to a certain point and then just wanting to look cut.

    Anything else I should be doing? any other supplements I can mix in with my whey protein. I've heard of people mixing it with oatmeal. :dunno:

    work out the rest of your body dude. back, shoulders, LEGS, core.

    Cardio isn't considered a leg workout.

    I'm kinda in there with you as far as supps go. I take fish oil, multi, ecgc extract, and protein. I don't do creatine tho.

    I would do:

    m- chest/tris/abs
    t- back/bis/shoulders
    w- legs/abs
    t- chest/tris/abs
    f- back/bis/shoulders
    s- legs/abs

    I did that for a month in January and it really worked out well for me.

    or, you could do the routine in the sticky which has worked well for a bunch of people and will prolly work well for you

    I would try to crank up the volume and separate out your biceps for their own day.

    other than that it looks perfect.

    if theres anything i learned, it was working out high volume high intensity 5-6 days a week going natural is a great way to crash and burn
