Here are some details: I work out 5-6 days a week anywhere from 1-2hours. I work out my chest, do cardio, and abs one day. Next day I work on my arms, cardio and abs a day. I'm doing push-ups and situps every morning and night. I take fish oil, and a multi vitamin everyday. I mix whey protein and creatine and drink one in the morning and one after my workout. I'm trying to get bigger to a certain point and then just wanting to look cut. Anything else I should be doing? any other supplements I can mix in with my whey protein. I've heard of people mixing it with oatmeal.
